Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
How much roof area do I need?
Roughly 80–100 sq. ft. of shade-free roof is needed per 1 kW. A typical 3 kW home system needs about 250–300 sq. ft.
What system size suits my bill?
It depends on your monthly units. As a rough guide, 1 kW produces about 120 units a month. We size the system after checking your bills and roof.
How does net metering work?
A bi-directional meter records the power you use from the grid and the extra solar power you export. You pay only for the net units. We handle the application with your DISCOM.
Which panels and inverter are used?
We use reputed, certified module and inverter brands. You'll get component options with your solar plan so you can choose what fits your budget.
How long does installation take?
Physical installation usually takes 2–4 days for a home system. Approvals and net metering can take a few more weeks depending on your DISCOM.
What subsidy or financing options are available?
Eligible residential systems may qualify for central government subsidy. We guide you through the subsidy process and available financing options.
